Air Shield Warranty

If you encounter a malfunction or failure, please call or email Contact@safeairhealth.org so that we can quickly make it right.

Safe Air Innovations, LLC (SAI) warranties the Air Shield to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of one (1) year from date of purchase provided that the Air Shield is operated in accordance with instructions, there is no evidence of tampering, mishandling, accidental damage, or modifications/unauthorized repairs.

Change of Mind – 30 Day Money Back Guarantee

Products purchased through Safe Air Health can be returned within 30 days of receipt of order for a full refund as long as the product is shipped to us in good condition and in the original packaging. Please email us at contact@safeairhealth.org with your order number, date of purchase, and email address used for the order for further instructions.

Shipping Policy

Safe Air Health offers free standard ground shipping within the continental U.S. Expected delivery time is 7-10 business days. Please contact us for shipping quotes for international orders. Orders are typically processed the next business day; however, in some cases demand can exceed our inventory supply. We strive to notify you immediately if there is a delay or wait list for product availability.
